At Optimal Movement we offer IV Therapy in Rochester, MN to anyone who wants to increase athletic performance and recovery, boost immunity during cold and flu season, combat jet-lag, or skip the lethargy and nausea of hangover.
IV Therapy is a low-risk procedure that administers vitamins, and essential amino acids directly in the bloodstream. This process is so effective as the delivery bypasses the GI tract and delivers these vitamins and nutrients to the body with a higher absorption rate. A healthy gut has a 20-40% absorption whereas administration through the blood-stream has a 85-100% absorption rate. The effects can be felt immediately and can be felt for several weeks after the infusion.
