Sarinna Martin

Meet Sarinna! Sarinna found yoga while studying social work and child advocacy at Winona state university in 2011, her passion for yoga grew over the course of her college career. Acro yoga was her first love which manifested into an acro yoga club at WSU that she co-founded. Once she graduated and became a mental health practitioner she realized all the ways that yoga has helped balance her life. Her new goal was to incorporate the practices of yoga into her career as well! Shortly after graduating from WSU Sarinna began her yoga teacher training so she could share the benefits of yoga with others in her community. Sarinna has been teaching yoga since 2016 and has loved finding new and creative ways to share yoga with others! Sarinna loves teaching a wide variety of classes in order to meet the needs of students from every walk of life but her favorites are acro yoga, restorative, advanced asana and vinyasa style classes! Sarinna received her BSW from Winona State University in 2015 and completed her 200hr YTT in 2016. Once she completed her training she began teaching yoga in Winona, MN while working for a non profit. She has since moved here to Rochester and now is a elementary school mental health practitioner by day and a yoga teacher by night!
